The Face Behind On The Glow
On The Glow was born out of a need
As someone always on the glow I found myself packing, repacking, forgetting, and stressing over the smallest items in my bag. I wanted to create a brand that is elevated and effortless, giving you luxury travel necessities at your fingertips.
Every kit has been curated with you in mind, tested in transit, and created for the traveler who deserves to enjoy this hobby stress free and refreshed wherever your journey takes you. And we’re just getting started. As we grow, we’re committed to expanding our product line with thoughtful additions designed to make travel smoother, packing lighter, and beauty simpler.

Why on the glow?
Truthfully, travel was starting to feel like a chore
Ask 10 people what they do for fun, and travel is bound to come up. While I have always enjoyed travel, the adventure, the escape, I have not always been the kind of planner I am now (the one who everyone says ‘Lindsey can you plan the trip?’).
That planner was born from a lot of trial and error; Leaky bottles spilling in my bag and ruining clothes, tears over forgotten necessities, or simply just not being prepared
I realized after many fails and frustrations traveling is not as effortless as it should and could be, especially as a woman and even worse as a medium maintenance Black woman. I found myself sacrificing quality for convenience and I knew I couldn’t be alone. The more time I spent in the airports, Airbnb’s, and passenger seats, the more I knew I could do better. More curated. More compact. More elevated.
Thus, On The Glow was born to fill that gap. A brand that makes packing simpler, travel smoother, and self-care accessible, no matter where life takes you.
